This year marks a significant milestone for us as we celebrate five incredible years of Phitopolis. These five years have been nothing short of transformative for the company — from the initial spark of an idea to the thriving organization it is today, Phitopolis has been filled with triumphs, each year bringing its own set of adventures while pushing us to grow together as a company.
To celebrate this significant milestone, we hosted a spectacular anniversary party that brought the whole company together for a celebration of our past successes, and for a reflection of our vision for the future.
We kicked off our anniversary celebration with a flair, thanks to our dedicated committee who transformed the venue into a stunning, semi-formal space befitting of this special occasion. The decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for the entire night. One of the highlights of the space was the Phitopolis Museum — a creative showcase that celebrated our company’s history through shirts varying from summer styles to holiday season designs — that let us delightfully take a trip down memory lane.
Elevating the atmosphere, Mark gave formal opening remarks, expressing gratitude for the company’s dedication for the past couple of years. This was followed by an uplifting video celebrating our five-year anniversary that featured interviews with different employees that shared remarkable experiences, reminding us all of the significant progress that we have made together as a company.
And what’s a party without a dance performance? This year, we also had the pleasure to witness the first batch of the 2024 Graduate Trainees take the stage. With their infectious energy, they delivered a lively dance performance that captivated everyone in their room, leaving the audience cheering and applauding as they showcased their talent and spirit. It was a memorable moment that added an extra layer of joy to the celebration.
After that, the audience enjoyed a delightful montage filled with candid moments from the second batch of the 2024 Graduate Trainees, as they presented a special video showcasing their first week in the office. This captured their enthusiasm and marked the end of their first week at Phitopolis, adding a highlight to the celebration.
The night progressed, and the employees enjoyed a delicious feast. To add an element of fun, the committee organized a trivia contest about the company’s history, where guests formed teams and competed per table. Laughter filled the room as everyone participated, bringing our team closer together.
Finally came the moment everyone had been waiting for: the Phitopolis Parade. Here, each employee got to show off their finesse with their chosen song. The excitement in the room was so palpable that it made the atmosphere so electric, with cheers and applause ringing out. It was a fantastic way to highlight each employee, putting a spotlight on everyone who was a part of the anniversary celebration.
Before the night ended, a raffle was also held, featuring exciting prizes that ranged from a trusty microwave to the coveted brand new PS5 and latest iPhone. The prizes truly reflected the occasion. The evening then concluded with closing remarks that recapped the night’s celebrations, where Mark conveyed heartfelt appreciation for everyone’s hard work and commitment.
Our 5th anniversary celebration was a beautiful reminder of how far we have gone already. It was an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, to express gratitude, and to look forward to a future filled with promise.
