What better way to kick off the month of June than by giving back to the community through meaningful service? This quarter, Phitopolis partnered with both the barangay council and the residents for a beautification project that brought new life to an active local space.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the target of making community spaces better for everyone, a group of dedicated employees went to ISU Village in Taguig City to spend the day painting a well-loved neighborhood basketball court. Community spaces like these represent somewhere people could connect, and that\u2019s why the company sees the value in investing time and effort into keeping them clean, functional, and enjoyable for everyday use by the community.<\/span><\/p>\n

We painted the adjacent stage, which is often used to host local events and morning zumba sessions, making it brighter and more welcoming for community celebrations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Undeterred by the heat of the sun, we also repainted the faded court lines and areas of the basketball court. The enthusiasm and teamwork made the day extra special. With the fresh coat of paint, the space is now looking livelier.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the appreciative smiles of the onlooking residents and the kids who were playing in the area, we are reminded of how CSR activities like these make a big impact on the community, and we\u2019re proud to be part of it.<\/span><\/p>\n
