What began as a simple outreach blossomed into a powerful reminder that small acts of kindness can spark hope, joy, and meaningful connection.
Last November 3, 2025, the Phitopolis team visited Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home, Inc. in Brgy. Sagad, Pasig, a non-profit organization dedicated to caring for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered children by providing a loving, supportive environment where they can heal, learn, and grow.
A Day of Joy and Connection
Carrying the spirit of compassion, the team prepared a heartfelt program filled with laughter and games such as Hep Hep Hooray and Simon Says. They shared snacks and essential goods, including rice, canned food, biscuits, and drinks, turning an ordinary afternoon into one filled with fun and excitement.
Yet beyond the games and donations, the day became a chance for genuine connection. The children’s bright smiles and boundless energy reminded everyone that giving enriches not only the recipients but also those who choose to give.
More Than an Outreach
For Phitopolis’ Batch 2025 interns, the experience went far beyond a CSR activity. It served as a meaningful lesson in empathy, teamwork, and purpose. By leading the initiative, the interns discovered how social responsibility is lived out through action, not just words.
